Was. You got the tense wrong. GW has been screwing the Lore for years with things like the Primaris marines and they have been screwing their customers for even longer with lower quality miniatures sold at inflated prices.

@@makeitsonumberone1358 Honestly, almost all of them are, lol The more I think about it, the more I feel a feudal knight planet is probably the nicest place to live. Blue skies, green grass, being a peasant growing crops...in a universe of demons and acid spitting aliens and megacities where the slightest infraction gets you tortured then lobotomized then your mind-wiped corpse turned into a menial servant that may also be used as fodder for said acid spitting alien demon wars... ...being a peasant in an unimportant backwater, by comparison, doesn't sound so bad. And if you ARE one of the warriors on your planet, you might be a Knight or Squire, meaning if you do go to battle, you do it in a titanic mech the size of a small or medium sized building. :D

My first experience was with space hulk .. And NEVER looked back since .. The only thing that makes me sad and frustrated now is my fading eyesight and not been able to do the details on the Figures .. I LOVED painting the Eldar .. 💖👍 But still love it .. 💖💖💖💖💖💖 Can not wait to see what Cavill Brings to his Warhammer venture

@@madhavoc1 Yea, Really looking forward to this movie! I also have not quite as good eyesight . They sell magnifiers that stand in front of you and canmake the figures much bigger. I have considered getting one, but glasses are working pretty good for now. Love the Eldar figures too, but have played Empire/Bretonian for a number of years..

Old lore definitely, not so sure about the bullshit running around now. Although if they play out the Ghazghul hunting down Angron story line, which I'm still not entirely certain they did that on purpose, I still think GW just felt like killing ole bale eye and Angron was the most logical choice. If they play that story line to it's conclusion with a massive WAAAGH! heading into the eye of terror, they could regain a lot of fan good will.

Been in it since Rogue Trader days. It has been a long, fun, and sometimes heartbreaking race. I just hope that now that it's mainstream and not just "nerd culture" that it remembers it is supposed to be: fun.

I almost want a tv series based on the book ‘Legion’ by Dan abnett, but I think the best place to start would be a movie trilogy focused on the first three books of the Horus Heresy.

A real movie in the real 40k lore, especially with SM will trigger a global scandal :) There is many fan-made unofficial short movies in YT. The best of all.

Warp Travel can take months/years. Planetfall can take days after translating from the warp. Interstellar travel from from sector to sector can take months/years. They generally receive requests for assistance with way too much time left on their hands to ponder/practice/bless-decorate wargear/pray/meditate/etc. Everything they use and wield is considered a legendary and priceless piece of equipment so they take painstaking effort to do everything with deliberation, care and an annoying amount of reverence.

That would be Warhammer, Warhammer40K's "fantasy" little brother.

Cinematic trailer for the release of the third edition of the tabletop skirmish game Kill Team. The video is on the Warhammer yt channel and is titled “warhammer 40,000: kill team cinematic trailer 2021”.

Interlocking mechanisms that make one whole sealed suit. That suit connects to this mesh of woven metal fibers (black carapace) that are under their dermis which has ports that make the suit feel like a second skin. Think of it more like IronMan's suit going on over them and then connected through those magnet-looking ports to connect to their nervous system/musculature. It's not so much held on as they are sealed inside it and connected to it enough so that it enhances their natural attributes rather than hindering them and slowing them down.

Space Marine, Space Marine II, Inquisitor Martyr, Darktide, Dawn of War (2&3), Battlefleet Gothic (1&2), Pariah Nexus and a few other cinematics all clipped together. Probably some others I missed. There's quite a few cinematics out there for Warhammer 40k. There's a couple of other cinematics out there made by fans that are pretty fantastic as well. "Lord Inquisitor" was one of the titles. As well one made called "Astartes" that was a fantastic presentation. Not to mention the Ultramarines movie that lacked some quality, but was still a very good watch for what it was.
