Most companies would discount the main game after DLC is released...you know...to get people on the fence to pull the trigger and buy the game...hint, hint.

Would I be able to change a ships operational ability after a ships been created? If for one fight I want a ship to focus on fighters but then in another I'd want the same ship to priorities bombers?
The galaxy settings for a multiplayer game should be the same as for the single player game. Its weird to me that currently the maximum size in a multiplayer game that is playable is medium, large or gigantic are not possible, and the maximum possible number of players is only 8 (including you and your friend). Is this gonna be changed in the future? Thanks
This is what the game SHOULD have been at release, and only just barely. I preordered the base game like 3 years ago and got basically a broken promise for 50 bucks on epic. Now they not only asked us to buy the base game fucking again on steam, but they also try to cash out on DLC that should be updates, just to get the game on a level that can keep us interested for more than 10 turns. Thats a NO from me. I am not gonna invest.
Well, if they updated the epic store version for free, you would have a small point. Or if supernova wasnt a better game ( though its STILL mind boggingly boring ), despite it sill being underwhelming. For the first time in the series, they promised us interesting combat, we never got any. Its literally still a dick measuring contest. You right click if you have more ships - you win. Thats literally it. Warlords didnt change that.
Just finished 60 hours. This is a trash game. Small map sizes. Tech tree is worse than gal civ 3. No map editor. It does not even show you when your units get killed unless you check messages. I am just baffled at how bad the game is.
