I had no idea what to call that procrastination thing but it has been a struggle for me in past! So relieved to know it's not just me! Not that I want anyone else going thru it but at least I know I'm not crazy!!

I also have fibromyalgia, along with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid syndrome, and many more medical maladies. The chiropractor is a wonderful person that helps me in so many ways! After a week when I have been intensely creating, he can almost always tell. 😂

My sister is going on a cruise in January, I will send her this video so she can see how and all you saved so many different items etc and how you printed photos and put them on luggage tags,room key holder etc. She takes many photos and saves tickets, napkins etc. Thank you for sharing!❤

This is the 3rd time I had to write this comment before it accidentally disappear before I was done so I'll just say the basics. I loved the original page you tore up and just loved the master board you create. When you started cutting ithe up, I flinched but the stitching turned out beautiful. They turned out of beautiful pieces of ephemera. Your journal is beautiful with wonderful reminders and bits and pieces on your holiday. The pieces you embossed makes the look like a quilt. Beautiful.

I adore your travel journal. I it came out Fantastic! Such great use of the ephemera you collected on your trip, incorporating your photos by shrinking them down and creating that unique master board for the #finaldaysofsummer collaboration to make into pockets. Whew 😅 did I get everything? Absolutely incredible video ❤ you have so many great ideas. I totally get the procrastination paralysis. It can be debilitating. 🤗 Xxx 💙🦋

I loved crafting along and your chat. I have been there with the university runs a few years ago so totally get it. We have moved my two to some many different houses flats etc and help them clean to get their deposit back. Boys not the cleanest animals lol x

I thoroughly enjoyed the flu through of your journal. So many memories for you in there. I like the stitched pockets you made from the advert flyer. This is the first time I have watched your videos. You are a hoot! Between your accent and volume, I'm missing half of what you say. But, kids in uni and massage so far, got it. I had 5 in college at one time and I'm getting a massage tomorrow. I love them. I'll be watching you regularly from now on.

Interesting that you did the rearranging bit with the sheets. I've been thinking of a quilting idea I used years ago, to do with paper - Disappearing Nine-Square. Quite a similar idea. I love how the wee pockets turned out. What a lovely way to remember the trip.

Thank you for showing how you actually used your journal. We just got back from a 23 day vacation to Italy and Greece. 10 days of it were on a cruise ship and the rest we spent on our own in Italy. I made my first travelers notebook for this trip so your video has given me so many ideas on what to put in it. Love the embossing on your cards. It really stepped them up. TFS❤

Oh you do make me chuckle, we sound too similar 😆 I discovered only a couple of years ago (I'm 53 in 2 weeks) that I have an ADHD brain! Explained so much - either I'm doing 100 things simultaneously or I'm procrastinating for days/weeks. Serious analysis paralysis. The 2 biggest tips I learnt is; to break tasks/projects into smaller steps and to remove the obstacles to getting on with something. These can be small, like tidying up a desk or printing off a kit for the next day. Inching your way towards the task gets you there. Love the results! I have a patchwork journal that I work in a similar fashion. Scraps & patchwork are 'my jam'. 😊

😊. Ah another kindred spirit! My eldest has recently been diagnosed at 21 and the psyc told me to get a test done, I sat in the assessment nodding at every question lol I would get an assessment but there’s no provision here in our area. I appreciate your advice and tips will take them on board. Looking for an holistic way to manage it! It’s quite debilitating isn’t it! We won’t be beaten though! A friend recently told me, we have to treat it like our super power. 🦹‍♀️🦸‍♀️😁😍

That's exactly what I call it! Multi-tasking is a doddle and when we are doing, we are DOING! lol I'm able to appreciate the 100 little things I got done in a day even if I didn't get to the 'big project'. And boy are we creative! We think all the ideas. How's that not amazing? I'm in Wales and there's little provision. My daughter is still waiting for an official aspergers test but we don't need it to know. You only need assessment if it's useful for extra provisions like during exams, or want the medication, but at my age it's not necessary. I recommend ADHD Mastery & How To ADHD channels and Dr Berg channel has natural supplement advice for it. Good luck! No need to reply again either lol💛@@RachandBellaCrafts

Thank you for sharing your travel journal, especially how you saved mementos and photos. Most of my journals are used as memory keepers and sometimes I struggle to find ways to keep things I collected. (You can probably tell I’m rather new at this - used to do more Scrapbooking). I don’t comment often but I absolutely love your videos and binge watch your channel while I’m crafting, makes me feel like I am crafting with a friend 😄🤗🌷
