hi went interview 2023/08/15 I apply case 2015/09/07 after r 8 yeas I went office I ask interpreter no one is there finally I face interview but I don't know English very well after interweaving . my decision is pending why is that or how long take/??
Hi Brian! I hope you remember me. It’s Roman from NYC, originally from Ukraine. We did mock interview last summer and my daughter help us with translation. My interview was in New York asylum office , the worst office in terms of % of approval:))))) So I’d like to thank you so much for your help because I was granted asylum status from the interview. Of course, it took almost 4 months for the USCIS to send to me the decision but it doesn’t matter. What matter is a result!!!! Once again, thank you so much!!!!!!!
I applied asylum in december 2022 but my asylum application was rejected and sent it to me. Then i applied asylum again 7 days ago. First time i sent only one copies then second time i sent 3 copies. So it will be any problem? And How many days will need to get asylum receipt notice?
Hi Brian. It is ok to talk at the interview about events of persecution that happened but were not mentioned at the written statement? This could or might be considered as inconsistencies by the officer?

I strongly recommend trying to take that night off of work if you can, so that you can arrive at your interview rested. This is one of the most important days of your life. You need to everything in your power to perform your best.

Can I have the piece of the paper with a timeline regarding my case on the interview? I have a bad memory and can easily Mess up the dates and months. Can even forgot due to high stress?
