@@soumilswapna I see abnormally high number of RMAs on 12X00, 12X0P, and 12X5U CPUs. On desktops for example motherboard failures are almost always more common than CPU failures, but lately I've been swapping mobos and the issue isn't fixed until also swapping the CPU.

Considering there are multiple developers have considered this an issue enough to bring up, I think it's definitely worth considering when it comes to making a purchase decision. They have have a lot of diagnostic information about crashes, and if they find it concerning enough to talk to people like GamersNexus and Level1Techs, then it should make anyone cautious about purchasing these systems. I don't see how Warframe's Devs providing a chart showing the percentage of crashes by specific CPU SKU is a joke or bad data. it's not perfect info but from the limitations of their own hardware diagnostic tools, it still shows very clear trends. While we don't know specific info, what we have seen mentioned across all these devs speaking out is that intel 13th and 14th gen systems in general, are showing significantly more issues than other systems. even lower tier hardware is showing up with issues. if the Alderon Devs are mentioning specifically that this is affecting laptop CPUs, then it stands to reason that it's best to wait and see what intel's solution to this problem is before making a major investment. As even Nvidia pointed out back in April, Intel is the source of the problem for a lot of the crashes out there and the main issue is that these crashes have been falsely getting reported as GPU driver issues. That's why Nvidia had to specifically make the statement pointing out that Intel is the source of the problem. So people that have been having these crashing issues are not even sure what the actual source is. I would trust the information from multiple developers who actually have hardware diagnostic info from all these people crashing that have come to these conclusions. At the end of the day, everyone has to wait and see what intel has to say is the actual issue here. Until they do that, I can't recommend anyone get 13th Gen Mini PCs because if there is actually a hardware defect, then a solution might not be possible. Intel's vague and indirect communication about all this has only made things worse.

@@TrusteftTech my local municipality bought eight Z2 workstations with 13900 CPUs at $3k+ a pop and have RMAd every single one of them over the last year, some more than once
