Love these video's! But I made calzones/Stromboli's for 10 years...and some unknown un melty cheese, and dipping into Mayonnaise. Gross! My guess is this guy is from the Scandinavian areas because this is more their strange pallet choices. To each his own. I will make my Stromboli with Garlic Butter, Pesto, Pepperoni and a bright Marinara for dipping....call me crazy!

This was the best. Im a calzone fan. Ill be making this for sure. Minus the sauce. You had me until then. That white sauce looks gross for this, and the dipping just made a huge mess. Gotta pour the sauce on, not dip into it. You lost filling in that gross white sauce.
