I think the best year in trucking was 2021 and Biden was president then, I don’t think Biden is better than any other president. You need to confront people with facts. That’s what all news channels do.

I've been trucking since 1997, a total of 27 years .. I'm at the point of hanging up my keys forever .. The trucking industry has gone to hell and getting worse.
Love this guy!!! He is 100% correct!! How do people get CDL's if you can't speak English?? Page one of every handbook says Must be able to speak read write and comprehend instructions in English!!!!!
Alex, thank you for interviewing this driver! He speaks the truth and believe me, just said what almost every driver is talking about in every truck stop in the country. No 'trigger' warning necessary when the truth is discussed!
He is right about the foreign drivers. Very aggressive and poor driving skills. I had to run off the road. One tried to pass me on the right and almost sideswiped me. Couldn’t catch up to him.
I've been driving for 34 years and I definitely disagree. No matter who's in office, it's always going to be ups and downs. Congress has more power than the President but they are controlled by lobbyists
I could tell this guy is a good wheelman, pilot like demeanor then he says he has operated 20 year's without incident, okay i was right he's good. THEN the high odds of getting mixed up with a reckless invader gets him. Disgusting situation.
It's definitely very much luck dependent right now. No matter how careful you are, you can't prevent somebody from running into you. Too many accidents happening. That truck that dangled from the bridge? How'd that even happen? 😳
I’m winning because I don’t pay rent. I live out my truck and I honestly get irritated by all the negative input about the industry. Make a sacrifice and be realistic about your life choices. Get rid of the unnecessary habits and stop looking for shortcuts. It’s harder for the people who have large numbers in their family. Pray for them but if you’re single with a few kids and a spouse make the adjustments that you can while you can.
Not a touchy subject. Punjabis have destroyed the trucking industry. They open up trucking companies in California, avoid paying taxes, pay roll taxes etc avoid reporting their PNL then shut the company down and start all over again. Alex I see you as American 👍
I had to go to Pennsylvania DMV, to replace my license. It was packed, standing room only. When it was my turn, the clerk thanked me. When I asked why, he said, because I spoke English! Everyone else had interpreters!

Why would any truck driver even work in cali. Drop them off the priority list. Ny and cali need to do their own trucking. Make them enjoy their "forward thinking" life. Just SAY NO, stay out of these places sane people.

A lot of what he is saying is true. But it shouldn't bother you because he is speak from the experience of us that have been in the industry , you are totally new so you won't know the difference we speak of. Things go up and down , so with this still being able make a good living you will do good, and by the time things get better you will have expy and be on demand more
Alex, I enjoy your channel and I truly appreciate you taking the time to speak the truth I have been driving a truck delivering chemicals to the ethanol and oilfield industry since 2013 in Texas Oklahoma and Kansas and New Mexico the money is still good in this industry here and there are many openings for drivers in this region. The sad thing is how many drivers that drive off-road that do not even have a CDL and the Texas Department of Public Safety is trying to catch them and get them off the road. They speak no English and cannot read the road signs
I never hear people talk about the trillions spent in the Middle East between both sides. We can’t spend $23 trillion in a desert 6,000 miles away and complain about infrastructure at home.
Mutha Trucker Im George sole operator here 10 years with my own MC#.I have been viewing your great info for awhile now. I have been using TBS FACTORING SERVICES OK CITY for the entire time. Recently (over the past 3-4 months)their service has truly been terrible (late pay,excuses of unfounded problems with submitted paperwork and out of nowhere charge backs.)Had one $1800 chargeback on a load that had been paid 3 months ago saying the paperwork was NOW illegible. I have spoken to a couple of other owners that have similar problems. I checked online for reviews and found that the BBB have them as AN UNCREDITED BUSINESS. Can you research and do a video on this topic? Thank you and keep putting out the great content.
I love this guy. And he said something that really gets to me sometimes. I'm a true rule follower too. But I get the dirty looks sometimes for doing what is right for my fellow truck drivers which I just don't understand. I've been yelled at over the CB for doing the speed limit through a construction zone. It's like really. That's why I have no incidents on my record. But I just don't understand some of these people out here that see the rules as suggestions. But then again that's me. And he is totally right on immigration

I disagree because the end of 2017 thu the end of 2019 were the least profitable four us as compared to this past 4 years. I don't know how this guy made more money during that period.

How can you say it’s more profitable now than back then with the costs of everything gone up while rates are stagnant? Unless your rates have gone up 75% to cover costs of fuel, services and repairs I doubt anyone is more profitable.

Foreign drivers not speaking or understanding English, multiple people living in their trucks together, has absolutely changed trucking into a third world industry.
I remember being in Salt lake city hearing his inaguration on the AM radio and they screwed it up. I grew up thinking we would never have a black president. Now each time I think of obama it costs me an $800+ fine a year for obamacare since i dont have medical insurance. (California)

The 1st year was Obama's economy spilled over, the 2nd year was all Mitch McConnel and the deep GOP, the last 2 years was Trump fumbling co vid response. With some crimes and grifts sprinkled in between. Sorry, even the Biden laptop was a USSR operation.
Heard on another trucker channel 19% or near 1 in 5 long haul truckers nationwide are foreigners. These long haul foreign truckers often send boatloads of their pay offshore to support their families. This trucker channel openly said he didn’t hate these truckers but simply said to support a family of 4 oversees or South of the border is 1/5th to 1/20th less expensive as it is to support an American family of 4 here in the states. These foreign 1 in 5 truckers are hauling for less because they can live cheaply and undercut American long haul truckers because their families they are supporting are offshore can live on much less pay. The trucking channel stated with the increased influx of non-English speaking foreigner truckers since the 2010’s and by 2020 reaching near 20% of all American long haul truckers , it was purported this was the main reason it’s getting tougher and tougher for American long haul truckers. Truck dispatchers not so much, more profit for them when using long haul foreign truckers.
First a lot of these folks do NOT hold USA CDLs. Most are holding Canadian CDLs and drive the USA with passport or whatever it is. Rules seem different and honestly I dont fully understand them. Still seeing a Canadian plate nearly always is a "foreign" driver.
Foreign born Americans are Americans. What they do with their income is none of your business. I heard the stuff you mentioned above from a xenophobe broker who was trying to divert the attention of blame from his industry. If you are talking about the fact Canadian and Mexican truckers crossing our boarders, this is noting new. It has noting to do with the current business condition. Considering that we are moving away from doing business with China, this is the new normal.
@@HaileZe Don’t misunderstand, the trucker channel doing the math I listened to said, these Foreign long haul drivers are truly working hard for their non-USA families just like American long haul truckers work hard for their families and on top of that are months or years away from their families living offshore or outside the US. But what is ruining long haul trucking for Americans truckers are foreign truckers (legal citizens, legal green card holding citizens or not legal) charge less or can charge less and sometimes much less, due to pure economics. To support the same family of 4 outside the US, Foreign truckers can charge less by a factor of 5 to 20 times less to support their same family’s because expenses outside America are way less expensive. If foreign truckers legal or not jump from 20% to 50% of all US long haul truckers nationwide then US long haul truckers to compete will need to send their families offshore where it’s way cheaper. If you think having that situation is good for normal families, all families worldwide, essentially for the dad (or mom - trying to be PC) to be gone a continent away earning by trucking with little to no parental or maternal connection with the kids, well, you and I will never agree this foreign pressure on American long haul trucking fairs isn’t good for anyone! Not good for American truckers or families worldwide.
I'm Muslim and among the Muslim community we recognize Trump had 4 years of good economy for truckers, and he didn't start any wars. Unlike Obama and Biden..

I don't leave water on the floor after washing my private parts in a toilet, pause.. that's not an Islamic thing, that's an individual thing. Two things: 1. If a Muslim is washing their private parts by using toilet water should know that the toilet water is najis (filthy) and they will need to shower afterwards. 2. I've seen some Muslim truckers come out of the bathroom stalls and leave a lot of water on the floor. I don't say anything. But, doing that gives Muslims a bad look. I don't do that i prefer to use wipes. Islam teaches to clean your private parts with water after using the toilet but it doesn't give specific ways to do it, so each Muslim just kinda comes up with their own way to do it and some Muslims, unfortunately, do not do that in the best way at truck stops. Some, leave the water bottle in the stall and leave a lot of water on the floor after they're done. May Allah help us! As Muslims, we need to educate better on that. I'll see what I can do. They should take the water bottle with them and put it in the trash and use paper towels to clean the floor after they're done. Everyone has a right to come into a clean bathroom stall after someone leaves..
i refused to work on this Indian guys truck that had a shit hole cut out in his cab. i dont care how much your getting out of this job that's a biohazard. toilet paper was all strung out all over the transmission. hell to the na na.
On i-5, I see hundreds of drivers from Abbotsford,BC always speeding. Usually with those dingleberries hanging inside their windshield. They need to slow down and respect our laws
trained for an alaphabet company, they would try to make me train a guy who could not speak english. Would talk to the trainee over the phone and it was so bad I had to ask if they could speAK english., You cannot train a guy you cannot communicate with.
I used to be an owner operator until Biden then lost my truck business and now in debt with no job people of this government has destroyed many Americans 💯 p.s. I was an orphan child that grew up working hard saving and making sacrifices for 30 years to be self made and took Biden 9 months to strip me to debt I've never had in my life my hatred runs very deep 💯
