hi, the general rule is: for buildings infantry with art but how to recon there? Is pretty hard if no high buildings... for Open spaces tanks and choppers, always pushing or just defending from trees?.... On both instances with a bunch of AA? ..... When enemy in a building a can send My inf to ocuppy the same bulding or a next to it? Is ok to use machine guns? Or are not meta at the moment? Should i always carry a seed plane? When My small log is empty i should manually send each of it to a bigger supply like chopper or fielddepots? I lose a Lot of time doing that but idk if there is another way... Sorry to ask but i can't find answers about this anywhere. Thanks for helping me
Hi! Yes, inf for buildings and tanks for open terrain. This map wasn't ideal for armored division like 11ACR in my case so i was forced to use tanks in forrests. If you are defending, then yes, from the edges of treelines so your units have that cover and stealth bonus. I like building up bunch of AA because i was heli rushed many times in the past. I love SEAD planes, in this case i was trying to open up airspace for the allied 82. Airborne by using SEAD. Its great because it gas a lot of ECM and forces enemy player to micro and turn off his radars. You can use SEAD in combination with bombers, you bring in SEAD first and use that small window when enemy radar AA is turned off to bomb targets. Keep in mind that you can do SEAD without SEAD plane specifically. You can suppress enemy AA with Arty too. I would avoid machine guns since they are weak at the moment, if your division has automatic grenade launcher teams or recoilless guns use them instead. Microing loggies is still difficult for me ngl and i think there is a way you can set them to automatically resupply at the fob when empty but i don't use that. Also, if you struggle to micro your radar against enemy SEAD, just use non radar AA. Chapparals are best non radar heavy AA from my experience but you still need to move them after they fire because higher level players are gonna hit your AA positions with arty quite often from my experience.
