fiddler also one of the best georgia distillers. @barrelsniffer6596 Justin Manglitz fastest bluegrass oldtime ever! Josh Turknett of Brainjo banjos. #bluegrass
Can't say enough how enjoyable that is to watch. Don't forget the great fiddle and banjo players. Never missed a beat. This is what RU-vid is meant for.
@@radiocontrolled9181 The one and only! In 85 I had a VW beetle that played the Eliminator album pretty much on a loop! In my head, this my first car was not a black 1200cc Beetle, but a candy red Ford V8!! 🙈 Hey… come on, I was a poor teenager in the English countryside, and this was still a step up from a 50cc moped!!! 🇬🇧🎵🇺🇸
@@nigelcarren Heheee very cool! The beetle never dies it's still super cool in 2024 😎 In 85 I was 13 years old so still 5 years away from my first car. But I was already listening to ZZ Top thanks to my older brother. I loved them. Music cassettes, we used to make copies onto blank TDK or Maxell cassettes - from the original copies. Those were the days man - no fckg cell phones and internet. Simpler times. The days when rock music was part of the mainstream and it passed a senseful message to the masses by being played on air - the radio. Technological advancement brought progress materially and regress in humanistic terms, as I see it. Cheers man keep rockin' till the end 🤘🏼
@@radiocontrolled9181 I love your message brother… Most of that is T-shirt worthy! Being a musician I started recording on cassettes, I still have them though I rarely play them. Last week I was in a charity/thrift shop and on the bottom shelf was a forgotten box of cassettes… One wasn’t in its case and wasn’t quite rewound… so I instinctively picked it up and turned the one spool a couple of turns with my little finger and I honestly shivered with the nostalgic joy of it all! For a brief moment… ALL was right with the world. 🌞 For me, even over vinyl, cassette will always be best as it is in a box… and who doesn’t love a box of magic! Best wishes to you, long may you reign. 🎵🌞🎵
@@nigelcarren Thanks man I feel you. Especially that part on rewinding the tape with your finger. I still have my recorded cassettes, some 50 of them, I used to write the dates on them. I believe the oldest one I've got is dated 1988, it's 'Best of Billy Idol'. White wedding, Dancing with myself. Eyes without a face etc. Brilliant!! Then Scorpions, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, AC/DC, Pink Floyd, Def Leppard, Cinderella, Metallica, Tears for Fears, Depeche Mode, The Cure, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Led Zeppelin, Screaming Trees, Van Halen, Deep Purple, Saxon and lots and lots more ..... woohoo I need to listen to all of those again. Cheers bro stay gold 🥇👊🏼 always
@@davidking7353 Funny thing is, the Irish banjo was adopted by the American 5 string, which was adopted by the African fretless gourd banjo. So Irish music has been influenced by American music.
I have found a couple of other channels with this type of content and have subscribed to all. I am so happy that this traditional art is still being practiced. Miss Moonshine, you are beautiful. Show off those legs!
No matter the time , no matter the place , someone is always up for a dance. Every culture has its own variety , but dancing is in every culture. Isn’t it GREAT !
Plum colored tree, light pink dress & dancing shoes offset by a splash of green grass & tall green leaved tree's, in tha background. Hand me my paint brush will ya. I need to git this down.
@@robertthomas6866 Yeah, I was remiss in not adding she is beautiful as well. Thanx for reminding me. I guess I was caught up in her dance so much I forgot to add that. My very bad. I do apologize to ya. and her.
Taking nothing away from her ,but I bet she was a knock out in her 20s My wife is same ,she is 80 but even in her early 70s she was still getting compliments .
The banjo player looked mesmerized by your dancing (as we all are) but man those boys can play...looks like a beautiful day in Georgia...another great video on the books
@@ThompsonGrantI think you're two opinionated. Besides you never know what the age is of the person unless they let you know. How much older than Miss moonshine, 67 years old intelligent enough to know what I want out of life. What's moonshine is a wonderful person great dancer and an excellent shape. Who wouldn't want to be with her. Besides she's already married anyway. So sometimes I think people should keep their opinions to themselves because they're worthless
Nice to see the "clawhammer banjo" channel guy in action! I have learned countless tunes and techniques from him, but haven't seen him play in a proper setting. 👍
"Machine-gun" Ms. Moonshine!! Only the older "Hoofeers" appreciate how difficult it is to "speed-up" the syncronization of tap dancing, aka, "buck-dancing" or plain ole "flat-footing"!!! TY!!
I need adept, competent grey men. Inconspicuous. Company Stationed off shore, prob Kitts. Any i.d.s provided. 100% profit sharing or contract. Electonics knowledge good but not necessary. DE. Hopewell.
Excuse my ignorance: Miss Moonshine's dance does not seem to me to be the one traditionally known as "buck step", characterized by a slight swiping of the sole of the shoe from front to back. The title of the video includes both the terms backstep and buckstep, and I remain a bit confused. Am I wrong? Btw, Miss Moonshine is an excellent dancer👏👏👏
