In this video I discussed the warping process their components, reason about why we use the warping process and which benefits achieved.
Warping:
The parallel winding of yarn from cones or cheese on warper beam.
Basically its one step or two step mechanism
Its use for single color fabric or multiple color fabric
its use for simple process
their components are creel, creel rode, cones or cheese, warper beam.
Now as the cone is hold on creel rode and the yarn unwind from it and then move all the ends or yarns from cone to ward beam in the form of parallel sheet and wind on warper beam.
It classified into two types:
1. Direct warping:
The warping which is one step mechanism. the yarn is unwind from the cones and wind on warper beam so its one step mechanism and use for single color fabric. its very simple mechanism.
2. Indirect or sectional warping:
The warping is two step mechanism. the yarn is unwind from the cones and wind parallel form on the drum between creel and warper beam now first to wind all the color yarn on that drum turn by turn and than when all yarn wind on drum to make different color same parallel sheet so then unwind all the yarn from drum and wind on warper beam for to move in sizing process.
Importance of warping process:
The warping process is very important because single cone move to sizing or weaving is more expensive and time, labor consuming , But the warping process don't required and make the next process easier.
