Yup😂 it’s a rule he had since the first few Annual meeting, when he announced what he wanted to buy, and the other shareholder bought the stock causing them to buy at a higher price. Since then he will only explain after buying it, recent example was buying of OXY at an average price of 14-15 dollars 😮
