they really aren’t, it’s who we love. i’m bisexual and i’m proud of who i am. unfortunately a lot of people think being queer is all about sex, which it isn’t. the point of pride is breaking the negative stigma around the lgbtq+ community, i hope this helps!

it's not about sex, it's about loving who you love and being able to be yourself! this parade was to show acceptance and equality in the community :D

@@bigrich1123 we try our hardest! America is known as the land of the free and all that great stuff, but that doesn't mean we're perfect! Although we are more accepting than many other places, we still have a lot of places to improve. Same as how we're working on diminishing racism and abelism, we're doing the same with homophobia and transphobia (also I love your pfp)

It's called the "pride parade" for a reason, friend! It's for embracing sexuality. And since being heterosexual is, in fact, a sexuality, the pride parade is also the "heterosexual parade!" Hope this helps ❤

@@Therubbersluggchannel It's not the promote any sexuality, it's to embrace it! It shows that, despite the hardships sexuality has faced in the past, we are still here and proud. The reason it's mainly homosexuals celebrating pride is because that sexuality has faced significantly more hate and abuse, with gay marriage only recently becoming legal in the United States, being gay still illegal in other countries, and homosexuals even being executed in the current day due to their sexuality. So it's not really promoting sexuality, but promoting being prideful of who you truly are!

Sexuality is always celebrated in view of children. Parents kiss each other. Characters date one another. No matter heterosexual or homosexual, they're expressing sexuality. Hope this helps! ❤
