I’d like to add that my Shih Tzu clings to only one person and whenever someone new comes around (mainly dogs) she’ll get protective and act extremely powerful and dominant but really everyone else does the work for her.

It could be dependent on WHERE in Ireland you live. Like how N Ireland is a part of the U.K. And thus, should be subject to the rules of the U.K. But S Ireland would have its own rules. Also, are you sure it's the country and not the smaller divisions? I've never lived in Ireland but I thought you had smaller "sections" divided up around the country, in the USA we call them counties (they're smaller sections of the states that regulate the rules for that county).

I can agree with them being big and not knowing your own strength however my two are what I would call well-trained, and so I’d wouldn’t say they’re dumb. (Moon should’ve said they’re loyal to the death as boxers are) just my opinion tho lol
