I use mine. I have a few now after owning a couple olights. They come in handy at the back door. It keeps the light in the same place and I can quickly grab it when taking the dog out for a walk. You could probably make your own version but the Olight stand is a nice touch and looks professionally made.
i have many fenix lights.. also great and beautiful lights.. butt this is my first olight and its just amazing.. very small.. tail switch and side button.. also a lot of options to operate.. the moonlight mode is great i use that the most i think👌🏻
Love this light for work, only thing I dont like when I press full stroke on the tail for turbo mode it gets super hot in such a short amount of time. I use it for traffic stops and the turbo works easier for me so I can get a better look inside the car but compared to other lights in turbo it def heats up quicker
I received mine today, and you're right, it gets so hot on turbo that it's unusable. High mode is only 500 lumens so not very bright. I have a baton 3 pro and it doesn't get hot as quick on turbo and on high there's 600 so also brighter Better light in my opinion. Disappointed with the WM3
Additionally some other thoughts on this company's lights. Unless you have there are specialty Chargers you're screwed when your lights go down you're done and there's nothing you can do maybe you can buy an after-market charger or keep an extra battery but once again how are you going to change the battery on the fly with them especially with the warrior Mini 3 or anyone that take the larger batteries my job requires that I'm on the road at least 3 weeks a month and unless I bring their nimbly bimbly specialty Chargers which is just an extra cord and something extra for me to pack and think about. Like you couldn't just figure out how to charge these flashlights using a type c for example you had to go the Apple route and just create some extra charging mechanisms so that I am forever tied to you to charge this flashlight or I have to go buy something aftermarket strip the battery out to charge it by itself. Its a pain in the ass dude this is why I have started using only the flashlights that they offer in AAA or AA configuration. I have high quality rechargeable batteries on me at all times I charge them at my house and then put them in my bag or my car for my trips and yes it's much easier than lugging another cord around because I can have many batteries in a single spot or several spots either my suitcase or my car and have access to them readily. Even if I lost all of my rechargeable batteries theoretically I could stop damn near anywhere and buy batteries. Basically the Warrior series and any of their other flashlights that require specialty Chargers and have an absurd amount of specialty settings what they will provide for you is a constant war of when can I charge this again do I have the charger with me what mode am I on how many times do I have to click it is it going to work the way I want it to work when I pull it out of my pocket. yes it is a warrior it is constantly battleing with me. can you tell im frustrated yes indeed I am. Seriously I spend more than half of my adult life on the road in different cities in different settings sometimes I'm in the absolute hood and sometimes I'm in some of the most beautiful places America has to offer my illumination tools must be simple, serviceable and reliable. Olight is complicating their lights and making customers like me that use their tools multiple times per day drift away from the brand. It's getting to the point where besides their double-a and Triple-A configurations I would rate them as like a cute fun flashlight brand that has some unique stuff that you can play with when you're at a campsite or hanging around your house doing some basic bitch shit for like real deal life no fucking way, if i got to handle shit no bro it ain't happening. This is coming from a guy who's had dealings with Surefire and Streamlight and you know name the top tier Brands I've had them all I really liked this brand and then I realized wait a minute all of these settings are just really fucking me up and in a serious situation where I need illumination right this very second I'm not going to utilize The Warrior or anything with similar configuration. I would rather pull an i3t or an i5t out any day over a warrior. If you work for this company and you are reading this post I want you to know that conservatively I have spent close to $2,000 on your products from the o bulbs to the Warriors multiple I3 T's multiple I5 T's in various colors I mean I've lost count of all of the flashlights I've gotten from you and basically just started collecting them like many of your other customers but I just can't let this pass. it's not a warrior flashlight there in no bringing this to war I don't even want to employ it in a parking lot to light my way it's such a pain in the ass. Ask yourself if you're going to name something a warrior one might think in modern times you could invoke the thought of for example of a Navy SEAL, Marine Recon or even your local sheriff, police department or first responder would they use this light bro I highly doubt it. I'd be very surprised if anyone in that role would even consider using something like this it's like you actually have to have time to be like oh I want to use this flashlight right now better make sure that I'm in the right mode or click it this way or that way so I get where I want to be. hope that it didn't shift in my pocket and activate some other mode that I don't want it to be in so when I go to use it in an important point of time it actually functions the way I want it to. Yes it has a lock out but guess what... if you lock it out and you need to use it ASAP under pressure do you really think that it is intelligent in in any manner for you to have to toggle that switch off in manner. NO so in summary if you want to be cute and have a fun cute flashlight to bounce around your house or on a camping trip go ahead and buy yourself a warrior if you're actually trying to get shit done with no fucking around choose another option I promise you it's the right move
I just bought this light and carry it on me for like 3 weeks.. i love this light but i used it in rain and after it was wet the whole operation system stopped working or operate by himself... is there something i can do?
Why is the conf. 2 on the tail switch medium / strobe instead of turbo /strobe? This doenst make sense! And why did you go back to a none reversible clip? With this style of clip you could have make two grooves at the tail which even would look interesting.
I got to tell you I have an absurd amount of your products but the warrior 3 in particular is getting on my nerves there's too much function modes and what I depend on this flashlight for my life knowing that I could pull it out of my pocket and it would be where I want it to be absolutely positively without a doubt the answer is I would not. I typically carry two flashlights on me at all times every time I have pulled the warrior 3 out of my pocket it's off base it's difficult to toggle through the settings and if I need to illuminate something in an expedient manner I just don't trust this flashlight at all. I had a choice to buy the Warrior 2 or the warrior 3 it's something was telling me to just buy the warrior to again because I loved the light and I unfortunately lost it but I said you know what maybe I should get the three they've upgraded some things it will be better man was I wrong this fucking flashlight is a fucking pain in the ass and excuse my language but you guys are going nuts with all the functionality and some of your flashlights and really it's just fumbly bumbly bullshit I just want the light to blast when I pick it up I don't want to Fumble through settings I get that you're trying to be creative and different but you know what it really negates the Tactical use of this flashlight do you think I'm going to have time to long press a button x amount of seconds or double click this or double click that under pressure no I am not so for a flashlight you call the warrior you might want to double think your approach this thing should be ready to rip right out of your pocket fuck all the different button presses and modes keep it simple guys
