you can't kill the hydra with the normal ballista. You can however destroy his projectiles and even damage him enough to stun him, but when his health gets low he automatically recovers a portion every time.

Woot! I'll watch this until I'll get to play it on September 5th!

Can't even have a drink without the hydra trying to destroy everything. The tag combos are great but that exp fever is a quick level gain itself lol. The demon names lmao yellowbelly & watch one be side show bob next trying to step into battle. That dude screaming retreat sound funny is hell 😂 Now let's do damage to the hydra lmfao.

Also, the 300 XPs popping out of nowhere was from the EXP fever scroll you picked up.

Oh yeah, you don't get to do that in the prologue, but you will get to select the difficulty in subsequent stages.

it's kinda weird how they named the generic demons... and you know you can hold down the horse button for instant mount like DW8

I know the massive experience gain was because of that scroll that unlocked the achievement but I'm not sure how you get it or if it its just a random drop. If you like the switch counters, you should see some of the unique ones. Also surprised that you didn't try out their new aerial R1 attacks.

This is some BULLSHEEIT! Dawg, I play WO3 SO DAMN MUCH it's like one of the only games I play (one of only two physical copies of games that I play alongside Gears 3). They said Ultimate wasn't coming stateside (which I didn't even know about THAT game. I must've been Googling some Momiji sheeit and found footage on a whim. THAT pissed me off. And now we get it. The One has it. The 4 has it. WTF, you said the 3 has it? WHERE'S MY 360 version? I've missed out on enough DW games because it seems that 360 is allergic to Xtreme Legends and Empires version of those games, which are the ones I'd prefer to get. Now the upgraded version of my go to stress reliever I can't even get >_< I'm glad you post these cause I was watching somebody's JP version videos awhile back and 1)it's no commentary so it's not nearly as entertaining and 2)I was so upset that I'd never get to play it that I just fell back on them. I'll watch the hell outta yours though especially since I fell off on you a long time ago and now you've posted like a bajillion videos. You rarely kill people in Dynasty Warriors games, even peons. You just knock them out.

I THINK you can win this stage without playing through all the chapters. Spray the Hyrda with the ballistas. When you see them "prepare" to shoot, then get out of the ballista and go a little bit away from it. After the Hydra shoots, quickly jump back into the ballista and spray the Hydra. Repeat. Does this work, you think? But of course, it requires INSANE patience!
