guys delete what ever call of duty related folder if you dont find (Call Of Duty) folder, since I have the game downloaded on steam, it might have different name if you have it downloaded on battlenet, other than that I can't imagine what other folders the game documents would be saved. also please follow the guide very closely, some people appear to be deleting the whole game by accident. Please be sure to close the game and make sure that steam or battlenet is closed from system tray. and if you cant find the cod file in the documents try finding it here (%homepath%\AppData\LocalLow) copy and paste this path to your folders path and it will get you to LocalLow file and see if you can find it there.
@@jdotzBeats howd you fix it? this guy is hard to understand. Got the same problem here and deinstalled it cause of him. Same game on Steam. Can you help me?
@@akuma683 i had a load of problems i never even had it working so i basically have game pass and was able to install mw3 on the xbox app on pc but other than that it is a rare bug and could be due to an update called 22h2 quality fiz update
WOW!!! Believe me when i tell you i tried everything from every video i watched about how to fix the setting not saving. I had no hope watching this video because of the countless failed attempts from at least 10 other videos trying to fix this. I have been having to change my setting EVERY SINGLE TIME i open the game for the last 3months straight and i was beyond annoyed! I said all that so you can understand how genuine and sincere it is when i say "THANK YOU FOR PUTTING OUT THIS VIDEO BRO" YOU DESERVE A MILLION SUBS FOR THIS BUT UNFORTUNATLEY I CAN ONLY SUB ONE TIME OR I WOULD SUB MORE. LOL Thank you!!! Now if you know how to make an Scuf Envision Pro work please hit me!! I been trying to figure it out for almost 3 days now!! smh
as for the scuf controller, Unfortunately I dont own one and have no idea what could be wrong with it but you can join my discord and will talk and see if there is anything I can do for you man
Hey man I hope you remember me I'm karo I just wanted to ask a question I missed you streaming and the fun we had in your live I hope you return back as soon is possible 💕 (from Karo)
hey karo, I hope you are well, Im sorry, I dont think I will be streaming anymore, but if I ever find the time and have my fucking life together then I might, but for now, I wish you nothing but the best,
Hello guys I would like to give an advice which works for me and is: First I deleted all files after I uninstall the game from Steam then you must deactivate everything which is possible from firewall after that can download the game again and can start the game after downloading without to put on firewall just to see if everything is ok and the game to create everything which is needed like files and if it is saved after you log in game you can log out and then you can put firewall on and to restart the computer. There you go now you can play without any interruptions. I hope my comment will be helpful for someone!
this doesnt work, i delete the folder, it didn't create a new folder, game is awful. keybinds lost, audio is back, video at start is back. How do you get the game to save the keybinds ???? xbox pc game pass.
sorry for the late reply, I have no clue why it wouldn't work, I personally have checked and to where else the folder could be, but it seems like you can't have documents saved in any other place, just a shit game
I dont know how you can delete the whole game by deleting a 20Kb file, but it appears that it happens to some people, I am pretty sure you have deleted the wrong file.
I wish I had the time I could have just check out what was exactly wrong with your shit, but you are probably going to have to delete the whole game, and the directory files too
@@WiNLAD_ first I installed it on steam and textures wasn’t loading 🥲 and in documents there wasn’t even call of duty folder after that I installed warzone on battle net and here’s my problem 😂 game did create folder “call of duty” in documents but there is nothing in it 🥲
delete anything relating to call of duty, but nothing else, also if you cant find anything at all in the documents, if find that sometime the saved game data could be in AppData file, or LocalLow, which you can find by copy and pasting this path into your folder directory (%homepath%\AppData\LocalLow)
It doesn't work, if you delete the call of duty folder, it doesn't appear again. Well, at least that happened to me and I had to remake the folder to recover the settings.
So if you do as I did, close the game and then make sure its closed completely and then delete the folder, then you open the game and the folder will be remade no matter what, cuz the game can not work without it, if the game doesn't make the folder try closing and opening more than once, if still didn't work I would suggest you verify the files if you are on steam (Open your Game Library on Steam. Right-click on your game. Select Properties from the menu. In the Properties menu, select 'Local Files' from the left-hand panel. On the Local Files page, select 'Verify integrity of game files' if on battle net In the Battle.net launcher, click the All Games option at the top. Click on My Games in the left panel. Select the game that is facing issues. Click on the Gear icon next to the Play button and choose Scan and Repair from the menu that appears. Scan and repair option on Battle.net Click Begin Scan in the prompt that crops up if still the folder is still not remade by the game, your last option is a while reinstallation of the game unfortunately
that is strange, see if you can find it here (%homepath%\AppData\LocalLow) cop[y this path and paste it into any folder directory and it should take you there, alternatively, you can just find appdata and locate the locallow file. I hope you can find it there.
