Was buying the first Fairyloot Romantasy book worth it?

honestly as millennial i have trauma from the love triangle trope 😂😂 spike or angel, dan or leo, damon or stefan, edward or jacob, anyone Lorelei dated that wasn't luke, jack or sawyer.. don't do this to me 😭 stunning edition im glad i got to join from the start, shame we dont also get a bookmark with the single boxes

Hi Michelle, I'm so sorry to hear that you haven't been well for awhile. I was wondering how you were doing knowing that you've been feeling poorly from previous videos. Glad you're feeling better this week. I agree that this first Fairyloot Romantasy book is a real stunner and a nice beginning to this new subscription box but overall I am not a romance fan and I'm especially not interested in love triangles. Moving update: Library packed (imagine sad, teary face here), furniture not being taken disposed of, new furniture and bookcases (insert fireworks and hearts here) arrived, some pieces built (swearing and frustration abounding), hanging pictures/art wrapped and packed, more downsizing of STUFF, dealing with utilities and other services begun (more swearing and frustration abounding). I may regret saying this but ... the days are just crawling by!!! I suppose that if I were working (shudders!!!) I'd be pulling my hair out at this point but thankfully we have all the days to get things done. Oh, and some new books arriving. From Goldsboro: The Shadow Key, The Book of Secrets, Mrs Quinn's Rise to Fame, The Library Thief, Sanctuary of Shadow, The List of Suspicious Things, The Bone Hunters, Eliza Mace, Song of the Huntress, and The Book of Doors. It was so hard to pack all these beautiful books away, out of sight. I've kept out some books to read during the moving period and have just finished the four books of the Tower of Babel series by Josiah Bancroft, Sisters of Fortune by Anna Lee Huber (a great favourite of mine) and Station Eleven by Emily St John Mandel. Do what you can. Don’t push yourself! The unboxing is only part of it, your enjoyment in the process is what matters. If you are too sick it does a disservice to yourself. We will be here when you’re ready!😊

I have discovered fantasy romance is not for me, in fact not that keen on reading romance in general, but that is a beautiful book 😊

I just had to DNF this book today because I was sooooooo bored
