Many say that the original MW3's cut post credit was a connection to MW4 Ghosts (this game) but was eventually canceled and left it out as Capt. Price being alive while in the original script he succumb to his wounds as he drops his cigar and the mysterious figure watching him across the building. If there were plans to actually have GHOST connected to MW3. That may have been scrapped due to the management conflict with the soon to be CEO of Respawn and the other devs about creativity freedom before being fired and eventually giving birth to Titanfall 1 and the debut of RESPAWN years later

@@justasimplegamer129 It was a schism because Bobby Kotick refused to give those devs the raise they asked for after completing MW3 in 2011. They left and rejoined EA, they were apart of EA making Medal of Honor games, and as you said, make Respawn Entertainment. The fact that Titanfall came out 4 months after Ghost did can be seen as poetic justice by Respawn Entertainment

@@BranWolfYT The thing that pisses me the most about Ghosts is the freaking cliffhanger at the end. The sequel was promising brother vs. brother scenario, and then we never got it because of the multiplayer sweats who complain about everything year after year, and they are never happy about whatever changes the devs try.

Much rather see a sequel to Ghost or Infinite Warfare than another Modern Warfare. The reboot is dead to me thanks to how bad MW3 2023 is.

@BranWolfgaming it felt like a bandwagon dislike, the campaign was good, the extinction was fun and highly underrated, and the MP was good enough

The campaign made zero sense most of the time, voice acting was terrible. Just check the dad being a ghost reveal scene lmao.The OST,guns and missions were great though.

​@@Deathmare235 weren't one of Ghosts' multiplayer main gripe the maps? IW moved away from the trad. 3‐lane maps we had prior to Ghosts. Ex. Look at maps like Favela, Highrise, Nuketown and Standoff. Those maps are imo 🔥 Then look at Ghosts' maps, to me they look unnecessary big and cluttered. Can't remember what else ppl disliked about the MP, id like to be enlightened if I'm wrong or missing something else.

Campaign was just awful, bad plot, bad characters, bad writing, and bad acting Multiplayer was also pretty bad basically it was MW2022 before MW2022, slow, campy, low ttk, big annoying maps with lots of safe spaces, IEDs…. And pretty lack luster streaks, the only area ghost shine was the special streaks for certain maps like being Micheal Myers and Predator and the Perk System which was honestly a good system also the low price of camos and characters it was like below 5 bucks Extinction was just well a missed opportunity it’s an amazing mode with amazing enemy design and levels too the lore is kinda cool but not as interesting as zombies but if Extinction launched with 4-6 maps at launch and brought atleast 2 maps every DLC it would’ve stand a chcance, it could’ve been the COD equivalent to Left 4 Dead, also more modes like a PVP mode where 4 people are humans and 4 others are cryptids would’ve made the mode so much fun but because the side mode is always under crunch and time constraints and could never flesh out ideas because of Activision they just couldn’t do something like that, personally I would’ve loved to see Extinction make a return in all infinity ward games hell it could’ve been like Helldivers but ig Activision didn’t see the potential, either ways Ghost was a bad game but had some interesting ideas, it should’ve had better TTK, smaller maps, and extinction well it could’ve been more

He wasn’t even a proper villain, he was just brainwashed and we never got an actual representative of the federation
