Remember, SAS Plus is not business. It is a premium economy product, and this is reflected in the price as well. If you fly BA Business, you also pay a whole lot more than you would in SAS Plus. I'm not saying this is an amazing product, but it's unfair to compare it to a business-class product, not to mention the price difference on European business class compared to what you paid. SAS Business is fantastic, and I truly enjoy the onboard experience on the trips I've taken, and please note that SAS Business is only available long haul.

My experience was let down by SAS not having a lounge offering in Helsinki Airport, despite their website saying they do. On my SAS flight I only received the inflight menu offerings for free (made most of that), though I think that might be partly due to both flights being SAS Connect operated rather than mainline SAS itself. I think if I gave SAS Plus a second chance, I'd do it on a flight leaving one of their bases (OSL, CPH, ARN) and ensure I visit the Lounge!
