Im Italian, I'm from Rome and I can easily say that we have amazing dishes there too, just like all over Italy if u ask me, you cannot choose just one region, I'm sorry! Its so different in each region that u cannot say that that region is the best and also it depends what u like, if u don't like fish than don't go to the South! Oh and another small thing, Miele is a German company and not Italian 😅
