Easy peasy. If he's not paying bills, or rent, and doesn't have a lease signed you tell him he's out. Girl, just kick him out. You don't need a reason. Tell him he has x amount of time to get out.

Is this the woman who contacted the Bert Show a couple of months ago who wanted to let her boyfriend stay there and her roommate wasn't up for it because when he stayed over night he made a mess, was lazy and never picked up after himself? They ended up giving it a trial run and there was something about the roommate's dog ran away?

Unfortunately, even if they break up, she can't just kick him out. She's going to have to evict him, and I'm guessing there's nothing in writing on what he needs to pay, and she knew he was having financial trouble when he moved in

It depends on the state. He's not on the lease, he's trespassing. Easy removal.
