The informant only gets exposed if you take it to trial and get discovery. Had FG taken the case to trial then James name would have been produced.

He tells it as if Snoop knowingly ran to the police when they were running towards the exit and the police just happened to catch them because they were running. Also the paperwork doesn’t even contain any snitching activity. Why is an LA Sheriff asking Snoop who killed Tupac, like Snoop was there.
