I had the VHS bootleg of this that had the original ending where Issac Hayes (Woo's dad) and Pam Grier (her new stepmom) were the original couple that Woo was rejecting. I got rid of it years ago, but I remember when the movie came out on cable, my family and me were confused by this ending! 😂😂😂 we had a few bootlegs that had alternate scenes that never aired or released. The 90s were a wild time, and we still quote this movie 😂😂

I worked second shift with someone like Woo. Same personality, same size, and didn’t look too far off from her/Jada, either. She was TOXIC. It was just me and her on second shift so we formed a close bond (should’ve never done this) She threw CRAZY rhythm my way by doing things like sitting in my lap, grabbing my butt, texting me late at night, but the moment I started showing interest, she was offended. Like you literally did all this stuff and we were vibing like crazy, but I wasn’t supposed to not become interested? I had to cut her off and eventually that shift went away and she moved to a different department. She’d periodically try to show up in my life and pick back up where we left off, but I’d always shut it down. She had a bd that she couldn’t and wouldn’t get away from, and eventually got pregnant by him again. By that point I had met my now fiancée and I remember being on a date with her when ol girl walked into the restaurant. She saw me and started to say something, but then realized that I was with my fiancée and immediately walked away. That was in 2021 and I hadn’t heard from her or seen her since.

Yes! Got it right!! I haven’t seen this movie in a couple of years. The 90s fashion was top tier!! Fashion counters for Jada and Paula! And yes, the psychotic counter was needed, lol! Woo is the master finesser. And yes you’re right, she got away with a lot due to her good looks. Why did I get a little bit of BeBe’s Kids and a pinch of Boomerang when watching this? Moreso in reference to Woo and not Tim of course. This must be the trend of movies that allows men like Tim to not be so predictable and to stand up for himself like The Meteor Man. Great review! Can’t wait for College Hill Virgin Islands. Thank goodness you’re not doing the recent episodes with my Alma Mater..

I remember that College Hill season. I'm still heated about it. That whole premise was a terrible idea. Krystal in particular left a really bad taste in my mouth with her attitude and her comments. If it were up to me, Krystal definitely would have had to leave the house.

Woo was doing the most! Woo is Peaches x100. Timothy was only after some booty, but even I started to feel sorry for him at a point. This was not worth it! Love me some Jada, tho!
