Tony and the Time Team help Hektor Rous, the son of 'Aussie Earl' Keith Rous, piece together the mysterious history of the family's Tudor country home in Suffolk, rumored to have been burnt down by a drunken butler in 1773. The house was owned by a significant figure in Tudor England, Charles Brandon, the Duke of Suffolk, Henry VIII's brother-in-law and best friend, and husband to Mary Tudor. They are joined by Tudor historian Suzannah Lipscomb and buildings expert Richard K. Morriss.
