Your hair looks absolutely gorgeous. You have type 3 curls(3b/3c)…. No 4a at all.

My crispness softened up the next day, the shine and the look was great , I didn’t touch it… “Don’t touch my hair “. I wore the matted look. Still in twa mode, 3rd day night I sprayed it with Oil, woke up to a slight frizz in one area “ 3 curls” I sprayed with a tad of water and applied a pea size of pop lock, I’m good .

Hi Faith....First let me say, I started following/subscribed to you a couple years ago, after making one of your fantastic recipes....then another, then you disappeared from my list of videos. I think its been about 2 years now and I open my computer and see another one of your videos where you're coming back to the states...Now, of course I could have looked up more videos, but keep in mind, with life going on, helping raising family, and just trying to maneuver thru this day and age of modern technology etc., I just waited until I would see a video of yours pop up on screen from time to time. I think I first saw you in Georgia and as I say, made one of your recipes, then another and then didn't see you much anymore. When I saw your video with you and family moving to Turkey, I was like, WHAT???. I figured it would be too much to keep up with you, but still would see one of your videos from time to time. Today I saw a video where you are moving back from Turkey. Let me say, your "FLAT" was absolutely stunning, beautiful. I think you are one smart, creative, beautiful, talented person, that can do almost anything...lol..(wish I had been in my earlier days}. To make a long story short, I want to continue to keep up with you and family if thats okay, but I really don't know much about you, except you are someone that seems to have had and still has amazing opportunities put forth in front of them when the need arises. Since I want to continue to watch your videos, Is there a video where I can get to know Faith and family?...I'm sure you introduced yourself when you first came on the scene, I guess I found you much later when I happened up on one of your videos. So glad I did... You can find me commenting from time to time on your videos... In the Turkey video where you are returning home, that flat of yours is out of this world. It appears you can take the smallest of things sometimes and 'make them, "HUGE" and wonderful. I love that...You all are so happy...Is there a video where i get to meet Faith and family without looking all over youtube? I think I heard you say Isaac did his residency, someplace and I think he is a minister, your children are the best and seem so happy and can adjust to any and everything and again you are, or it seems, ONE of a kind....Just wanting to get to know the person I'm reading about a bit more,...If this is a bit forward, or you think sounds crazy...lol, I understand and apologize ahead of time and will understand if you don't respond back...I mean absolutely no harm and just felt if I am watching and loving these videos of yours, I want to know the person I'm reading about. For starters I'll say I used the Pop n Lock AND Mousse Def together. That being said you don't have to comb your hair to get the curls. I rake my fingers through each section and that's what I've seen most others do. The curls come through. Another thing you do not need to is dry your hair with a towel. Idk if it was the mousse but my hair dried quickly without heat. That's not normal for me. Normally my hair takes hours to dry. Majority of my hair including the roots was dry in less than 1 hour. I'll be using this for a second time today. I like your hair overall and I think Pop lock understood the assignment. It maybe soft bc of the oil which kind of broke the cast.

I have loose curls (idk 3a? Give or take some tightness) and love this gel. I also use a similar comb (same teeth minus the tail) because I have short hair as well and can’t do the twist thing with the big honkin brushes the long haired girls use. I like this gel a lot but I love it best as a topper gel (a harder hold anti humidity gel to be used on top of a hydrating botanical gel). Unfortunately a solid 1/4 of it leaked out during a flight I was so sad! It’s so hard to find!

THE doux products will give you beautiful curl definition...however 2day later...my hair was so dry& brittle couldn't even lift it up with my pick...Not for my hair type!🤔

But you’re not supposed to use oil with the product. Do you think that would have made a difference?

I tried it on my tea but my hair didn’t curl…. Maybe it’s too short still.
