Hi Nick I’m new to detailing so am trying to get an idea of what products work with what. Have watched most of your videos about how to use the products that you’ve created. Just wanted to say how important this is to a customer. That hard work of getting the product right and then filming how to get the results is so important to getting someone to buy your product. I have now bought 3 of your products and only used one.(the other 2 arrived today and can’t wait to use them😂). The 1 product I have used is amazing and is exactly as you have shown on your videos. This gave me trust in you and the brand and hence the next two purchases. From all the things I have mentioned above you now have a very loyal customer and can’t wait to try all your other products. I don’t comment usually on videos but I wanted to let you know your passion for what you do is what gets you customers like me. Keep up the fantastic work and well done you and your team.❤

This is so amazing to read and has certainly put a smile on all of our faces. Everything you have mentioned should be standard across all companies however as we sadly find out 95% of others just do not care and it truly is not a passion but rather something to do. We live this lifestyle 24/7 and I hope this shows through how we do things as a business and brand ❤️

Great watch as always Nick 👍 My thoughts on Yum South (for what they are worth!) Applause for your ambition and drive to grow and share this amazing brand. You, Kelly and your team are delivering class leading products with content to match. My only concerns are the attempt to grow too quickly, I’ve encountered too many businesses who push too fast and stretch themselves too thin, be that financially or personally. Though I’m sure you and the Yum team will make the right decision. For me YOU have been the major factor in me buying into your brand 100%. From day one when I walked into HQ for Kranzle buying advice I came away questioning my then current detailing products after listening to your rationale as to why I might consider trying Yum. If this can be shared with a Yum South outlet without diluting your current offering then you will continue towards your vision. Oh and to answer the Carbon stubby question …… where do I join the queue, I’m in!

As always Paul appreciate the in-depth feedback and all the points you mention are super valid, in our vision slow is fast. South and North media and operations wise would be manned by us so nothing would technically change apart from opening such a beautiful option for you guys.

Being down south I am probably biased, but I’d definitely be up for a Yum South! I often think I’d like to come up and visit but it’s realistically too far away to justify. If there were a second location then I’d love to come and buy stuff physically sometimes and speak to people

Didn't realise it had been so long since the last wash and chat Nick! Great to see it back and it was great to come along to the new HQ last Sunday. My thoughts on a Yum Cars South.... it would be amazing if you could make it happen somewhere along the M6 instead of the M1 😂 A physical store with hands on and face to face interaction and product advice is really appreciated by a lot of customers I think even if the majority of orders and restocking of products is online nowadays.
