I use the clay/apple cider vinegar every 4-5 weeks to clarify. My hair responds well to the SheaMoisture Manuka Honey Masque with mafura oil. I can't always find it in our local Sally's.

Check Amazon for the Shea moisture! I tend to order 2-3 at a time from there lol.

How long do you leave the Shea Moisture in before rinsing?

About 10-15 minutes. If it's extremely dry I do 30 mins.
