That’s craaazy. I mostly watched you on this channel bc I was relaxed at the time. I eventually went natural and chopped my hair after having a crisis a year ago too 😂 I’ve been relaxed since I was 5 and always had healthy hair, but always wanted locs. 1yr locd too now 😊
I am loving your natural hair. I too can get away with the rake method but then mine gets frizzy and tangled more easily. Looking forward to more videos.
I’m so excited about your natural hair journey! I too transitioned for a year and then did the big chop recently. You were my hairspiration when relaxed so I can’t wait to see your natural hair videos.
Welcome back! I’m sitting here with microlinks after seeing you with them 😊. But I hear you - I don’t get them tightened and so far so good. Your hair looks amazing 😍
Hey love, I've been a natural color-treated girl for years. The color goes well as long as you know what to do to care for it. However, you will start to notice some hiccups along the way. Like some products not working as well anymore, strands getting thirsty much sooner. So to save you the hiccups, here are some products to look into if you aren't aware of them. Fanola: anything fanola will save a life, lol. Down to their shampoos to treatments. Tangles? No such thing even with their shampoos, it's like to melts it all away. Olaplex and their own treatments are amazing. Whereas Fanola has a fiber fix, Olaplex has a bond rebuilder, they both work hand in hand. As for a protein treatment iON reconstructor is one of the best, I know everyone leans towards Aphogee 2 step and all, but I find that I don't really feel or a difference with that like I do with Ion after the first use. Styling products that will keep your color bright and feeling amazing is L'anza, using the trauma treatment-leave into the curl cream my favorites and Aluram that you will only find in salons. Some of L'anza's products you will only be able to get through salons, but the trauma treatment you can get at Ulta. If I'm not only using salon brands, then it's Camille Rose. I want you to have the best natural color-treated journey possible, so hopefully, you look into some of these. Fanola.net, and Olaplex can be found at Sephora or their own website. Do not trust buying salon brands from Amazon, they do not "sell" through Amazon, so avoid it. You'll see them there, but it's through a middle man, and everything has to be stored the right way or chemicals can have a side effect, that and you don't know how long those products could have been sitting for.
OMG!!!! The hair style, the color, everything! Your hair looks great!! Looking forward to seeing more videos from you. Especially since my hair is the same length as yours. Idk what the hell to do with my hair. I just slap on a u-part wig lol
How did you find getting highlights? Is the hair dryer? And how do you manage if it is? I really want highlights but I’m scared about getting damage. Loved the video! X
