I think shedding isn’t a one size fits all. It’s different so it’s based on what is your normal, that shedding after a month of twists with your length and density can be normal. But since yours has increased, pls go to a doctor. Deeper than hair did a video on the kinds of tests to take. Shedding is internal not external. I’ve had higher shedding when I was vit d deficient, and my edges are still filling in months later.
