I just found Washed Out yesterday. Had no idea they were responsible for the intro to Portlandia until right this moment.

It's just a sampled song of"I Want You" by Gary Low. The best song in the world is just.... slowed down with someone elses vocals.

@@MC-kp2oi indeed. The original is literally just the intro of the Gary Low 45 rpm single played at 33 1/3 rpm with that guy singing over it. It sounds cool. This live version doesn't.
