Washing and reinstalling the intake manifold and water pipe on my Honda Accord Wagon

I mix up my own cleaner and scrub the intake manifold the best I can before installing it back on the engine along with new gaskets and water pipe.
Parts that were used:
EGR Gasket I used Ultra Power 70978
Intake Manifold Gasket Set I Used Mahle MS16161 (f22b1 set)
Optional Manifold Gasket Set that would've worked as well Mahle MS16164 (victor reinz 111080701) f22b2 set
Water Pipe Orings AJUSA 16022450

Which you got it off, you should change the rear motor mount.

Absolutely! There's a video of me doing just that on the channel here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1qsiImmmwdY.html I changed the mount right before this video concluded. The mounts can be obtained very cheaply if you look around online.

Thank you . I was right , The intake had to come off to change the water pipe . I've watched other videos and they would not show how to change the water pipe O ring . . Thank you again .

Glad I could help. It's definitely a heavy task mentally to take on if you've never done it. Just take your time one step at a time and you'll have it all complete without too much trouble.

Also, just use a wobble extension to take the nuts off on the car.

It can make some fastners easier if you have one you can use.

So I can remove the Entire Intake Manifold without removing the EGR ?

Absolutely, you can absolutely remove it without touching the EGR valve. There's a video on my channel called "Accord Wagon Removing the Intake & Exhaust Prep for New Engine Head" where I show the process for removal if you need a walk through.

@@foxisretrofitting4556 Thanks I appreciate it. I got it off but I realized I had to remove the water pipe as well which I didn’t know. It was the EGR bolts giving me a hard time. I went thru 3 adapters trying to take it off. Everything else came off easily all the Manifold bolts and underneath Harness too I didn’t have any special extension tools tho all regular basic Wrenches and ratchet

@@DTunedF22 I feel that. That EGR is tightly placed. If you ever have any doubts or need to look back for reference I have the whole top end and coolant system tear down and reassembly on the channel in parts. If there's something you don't remember or I don't show don't hesitate to ask and I'll upload a video or picture for your to reference.
