We are cleaning the rental house we used to live in. Seeing you working so hard every day encourages me to “Just keep cleaning “. In the hopes of getting some of security deposit back. Much love and respect from GA, USA.
Thank you so much for your content. I am a 52 yo mom of a 16 yo and I absolutely love watching your videos. You are a very handy young man. God Bless and much love and HUGS,Marilyn from Tennessee, USA
GOOD👍 you stopped right when I told you to 😂. Trees look beautiful. Don’t know what the complaints were you & your Dad did a great job planting them 😊🙋♀️
Never get tired of watching you work. Your so informative and talk with us as you do. Nice to see that every so often you have Amish do some of your building needs etc. Thank you for taking the extra time to film and edit your work. Stay well and be safe. Sincerely,, Tom in Minneapolis.
The mower review is great. My brother just bought a house with several acres. The trees belong to you. Do whatever you want. I'm sure you talked to more than a few people about them. Thank you for sharing
This might sound strange, but I love it when you guys pressure wash your equipment! Going from very dirty to clean is very enjoyable to me!! Maybe that’s because I’m such a neat freak!!! It would be great to see the entire process instead of short versions of the cleaning process!!!
I grew up in the 80's and would spend summers at my uncle who had a massive farm operation. 10k head of hogs and 20k corn/soybeans/wheat/sunflowers. He would purchase farms in the area that were going under and then rent the houses out. He had 16 of these rentals. My job was to keep them mowed in the summer and then drive a JD 4440 with a grain cart in the fall harvest. Back then the zero turn mowers were kind of rare. I logged hundreds of hours on a JD 430 lawn tractor. They don't build 'em like that machine anymore. This thing had a PTO and was basically a miniature farm tractor. And then ditch mowing with the 4440 and a Bush Hog. From sun up to sun down.
Im always so impressed at how much time you put aside for machinery cleaning and maintenance, farmers im used to dealing with only clean things when they are selling and only maintain things when they break! Keep up the good work! 👍
It's a really good habit to get into to keep your machinery washed up like you do. It keeps it looking good and it's an easy way to see if anything needs repaired. We used to be a little lax in that area. Our stuff was so dirty that we didn't realize till the end of planting season as we were washing everything, that we were pulling the corn planter with the wife's minivan. That was embarrassing !
Really good job Eric. I have always wanted a 60" zero turn but just dont have the money. Fixed income. You barn is really lookin good. really like it. Thank you for all the stuff that you show us and do for us. So a BIG thank you
I love to see farmers that take care of their equipment. It shows there is some pride in their work and commitment to dong the right thing. Don't ask me how I know, I just know. Thanks again for sharing as your videos are a huge pick-me-up for this old weary man. Thanks Eric!
I don't know what people were having issues with about the trees, but... Thank you for planting such an under planted species! Tree diversity is hugely important. 90 percent of nursery shade trees sold and planted these days are maple species. Not good. Most viewers will be too young to remember what happened back when Dutch Elm Disease killed all the elm trees. That's what can happen when we last tree diversity.
I bought a 54” Bad Boy zero turn mower this spring. I can mow my yard in 2 hours or less now compared to it taking 4 hours to mow with my old mower. I’m loving my new mower.
Nicec clean equipment looks so good. I did not see any comments about tree planting. What did they complain about? Great lawn mowing job. The new building looks amazing. Bet you are excited to start using it. thanks Eric for a great video.
it`s amazing the amout of Farmer`s that let their equipment go,never wash it,leave it outside.up here in Vt where i live,we get some pretty hard winters.Tree`s look planted good to me,my lawn is so small i use only a push mower
Something so satisfying and calming about power washing. I see there's a power washer game on the PC. I'm just the kind of gamer to buy something like that. :-)
Hey you do a pretty good job at listening to directions. You stopped that planter exactly when I said whoa. HAHA. You all do a great job in keeping your equipment in good working conditions
While you were power washing I noticed your pant legs and boots were getting soaked. I see you had changed into shorts and dry boots. It looked like such a nice day. The fresh cut grass must have smelled amazing.
Ok dude I just have to say that I f’ing LOVE your mowing technique lol I also know there are many guys sat there watching this having a stroke about it 😂🤣😂🤣
Seems that Toro is working out for you. Let me know when and I'll come and get that old Grasshopper you won't want to use anymore. It won't be in the way taking up space. What's good about my offer to haul it a way is I won't charge you anything. It's on me. Great channel
As long as you don’t like surface routes and the sycamore tree grows well you’ll have great shade. Planning them next to a sidewalk or even a street and you’ll have surface routes creating bumps and lifting things.
