I only question how much energy was wasted to produce that small amount of refined oil? Add the cost of the ingredients used and it does not seem to be a way to help the environment or cost effective procedure. However, do not get disappointed and keep on trying. Thomas Edison once said that he never failed any experiment to produce the first working light bulb, but that he had invented 1000 ways that would not work! Always use positive thinking. People that don't try will never accomplish anything!

It's not motor oil ! this is oil for hydraulic systems ! low viscosity

Making a clean looking liquid is NOT making a decent lubricant. Whatever the process the result needs to prove its quality...and then, if the result is acceptable, you should assess the global benefit of the process (end product quantity / quality versus ingredient cost, equipment cost and work cost) both in money and in global environnement.

Nothing to say it was used engine oil, drain it from a vehicle and show your process might be more believable. Alot of work for small return.
