You get a lot of laid back workers down there. Some of the guys I worked with didn't like talking to residents at all. Others were really easy going tho. I didn't mind talking to people if I wasn't moving fast. When I was in a bad mood, a cheerful resident always made me smile. Another great video!
Doing there jobs taking care of business just hard working men buy them a soda or something they deserve alot of credit your service is deeply appreciated thanks it's a tough job you do it well thanks don't work to hard appreciate you guys ! Joe
I don't want to be that guy, and I'm not going to elaborate but I saw within 3 mins things that would get each of them fired from WM. For them I'm glad the white truck safety manager wasn't following them. I've done trash for a long time and thankfully now I'm not in a rearload, I'm frontload commercial. From my experiences on yard waste these guys are exactly what the video said. "New recruits". Anyways good quality resolution, but those guys are playing with fire on WM and their rules
@@southwestfloridarefuse3751 I don't work for WM, I don't like them. But I'll give you 3 things. Backing down a 2 way street, the loader getting off the step before a complete stop, and driver failing to make a complete stop before turning. I know that sounds tedious, but they are very huge on rules. If I sat and watched it througholy I could probably find at least 5 more.
@@minibinwaredisposaldude5641 no I mean I get it. Get the route done. I'm just implying the craziness of WM rules and how if they aren't applied that they have no problem firing someone. God help them if they snake or double side.
