The reason he's using the outside controls is he had to place that container within about 1/2 inch either way of that compactor centerline and this is further complicated by the lack of container guide rails fixed to the ground I run a nearly identical truck and there just isn't a good enough way to make sure you are perfectly centered when placing compactor containers...
