They better do Atleast 31 reps the next week, and not just doing random workouts for a set amount of time everyday and relying on the players talent to be ok. I hope the coaches including strength and conditioning realize progressive overload and document the reps. If you aren’t increasing the reps every week you’ll stay the same and continue to be mediocre.
@@jacksonprickett379 I’ve never been more excited about an Auburn coaching staff as I have with Hugh Freeze and his staff, particularly getting the coordinators he wants this off-season. I really do think he can bring Auburn to championship level, but there’s a lot of coaches/staff that will just spin their wheels until they get their buyout as far as player development. There have been years where we’ve been in over our heads particularly at the line of scrimmage as far as size, strength and skill during the last Gus year and Harsin years. We’d get run over and also couldn’t run or protect the quarterback. I think we can be better at that with the talent we have coming in, but you have to be maxed out in every area to compete in the SEC.
