TIME is just barely scratching the surface, there are over 67 million people that died in 2022. TIME forgot to put in the death of beloved kind loving man named James D. Rayl who was heinously murdered in Shelby county Ohio in July of 2022. James Rayl was shot in the back just like how Shinzo Abe was.

We’ve lost too many great people this year, my beloved grandfather sadly included. ❤

Rip to all these legends may they fly high they are inspirations and will be treasured in our hearts forever

We lost so many greats this year! Sidney Poitier is my favorite actor of all time, and I’ve always loved Loretta Lynn, but the one that got me the worst was losing her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. No one will ever replace her and legacy will live on! RIP to everyone! 🙏🏻

Always interesting at this time of year to see the noteworthies who've passed, and it's usually just a bunch of celebrities about whom I care little. But Elizabeth's passing struck me a bit more personally. I'm a lifelong student of history, and when she died a living remnant of 20th century history disappeared. Royal families are absurd, but I'll actually miss her.

Really liked the tributes. There were some I didn't know about that we lost this year. Unfortunately, I think y'all will need an addendum tribute. Actor Clarence Gilyard - "Top Gun" and "Walker, Texas Ranger" fame died last month. So did Nicki Aycox of "Supernatural" fame. And, I heard that we've lost the iconic Jules Bass today at 87.

Aaron Carter might’ve been a troubled individual, but I was soooo sad when he died. I know he had some mental health issues and he made some bad choices, but I hope he finally found some peace!! Such a tragedy. #RIPAaron #Forever34

My mom passed away last month from colon cancer. Comforting that there are so many people with her now.

Well I just wish them a Wonderful and Happy Time with The Lord! Doesn't matter who or what was was missing from this bc in the end we will all end up going to the most amazing place to much to put into words and I can only imagine how perfect they all are now! Nice List. This must be an impossible task to complete to name all the prominent people we have lost in the year. My only gripe would be that Queen Elizabeth II should have been a lot more highlighted and not treated as the same level as everyone else on this list. Her Majesty should have been the biggest of them all as her passing is the most consequential.

No one talks about Shireen Abu Akleh, why is that? It is frustrating enough how many Palestinians die all the time for just existing and for the media to be silent about her is horrible. Shireen Abu Akleh should have been on this list.

Mikhail Gorbachev, the last leader of the late former USSR... Queen Elizabeth II, the late her majesty of the UK... Rest in peace to all of you...

Okay. Granted, it’s probably fair enough, that he didn’t appear in a lot of movies or in a lot of TV shows, from the 1990s to the 2000s. But Jason David Frank, or JDF for short, he was best known, for his role as Tommy Oliver, the one and only original green ranger, then the white ranger, then as the red ranger, first in 1996, then in 1997, and then he was the black ranger, coming back as the black ranger, in 2004 in Power Rangers: Dino Thunder. But he passed away, back in November of this year, at just 49 years old, and also, even if he was just his voice, we also lost Kevin Conroy, the voice of Batman back in November of this year, at just 66 years old, from cancer.

Anne Heche's passing is highly suspicious. She was young and healthy. Her car did something strange and she was alert and responsive at the scene of the crash. She was forced into an ambulance (apparently from footage) against her will. That was the last time she was seen alive. She was in the process of working on a documentary about child trafficking.

What about Emilio Delgado and Bob McGrath?

Every atom of this people will be used again in some new form. In this universe nothing gets lost. And if you a believer their souls will live forever.
