It's not as obvious as AS1, AS3 or AS5, but I think with Eureka, Silky and Ginger it's clear they are pushing big queens (all top 4 queens btw), but well, during AS4 they were pushing for a queen of color to win and we saw how that worked out (Trinity slaying and having the best track record). Also, more than half the cast is from earlier season (S1-S7), so maybe an earlier season winner is also in the mix there.

Two times being in top over 7 episodes, let's just say there could be some improvement.

Even her editing is unfair, she did so well in her season & during All Stars. Plus, as a person, Jan really is bubbly and energetic, it's just wrong of the judges to treat her as she's forcing it. Literally everybody from her season say that Jan is high energy and smiles all day long.

And the confidence of those two! OMG! I loved Trinity when I rewatched S6, she has been hugely underrated! And Sonique's glow up is amazing!

But then she ended up failing on a design challenge hard and the other look she had was unpolished This time, she started off calling herself a wigstress when we know nothing about her success with wigs. She makes up title for herself that she hasn’t earned yet and uses it to make it seem like she’s superior Kinda like Tamisha Iman except Tamisha actually has something to show for it and that’s why people still respected her.
