Watch an Old Farmhouse Demolition 

This is an old farmhouse built in the 40s. It looks a lot “nicer” from the outside. The actual structure itself was not sound. We had several licensed builders look at it and all agreed it wasn’t worth saving. The termites had gotten to it long before we acquired it.
