After winning the Stanley Cup for the first time in franchise history, the team took on the streets of Fort Lauderdale in celebration.
Florida Panthers star Matthew Tkachuk took a dip in the Atlantic Ocean with the Stanley Cup Tuesday as the wild celebration continued after the Cats clinched the championship.
Tkachuk and fellow Panthers Aaron Ekblad, Sam Reinhart and others gathered at the Elbo Room in Fort Lauderdale with Cup in hand as fans surrounded the bar for a glimpse at hockey's ultimate prize.

I didn't realize the Elbo Room was still around 😅 I hung out there back in the late '70s and early '80s... I do have to say, hockey players are the kindest, most down to earth and humble athletes in all of professional sports, in my opinion. That is why they chose the Elbo Room. Congrats, boys, and enjoy. You deserve it.

The panthers players are so humble like Tkachuk etc, they are celebrating with the fans. Connor McDavid from oilers leon drysatyl think they are divas. They don't meet anyone. I guarantee you if oilers had won the Stanley cup they would have not ckebrated with the fans the panthers team are.

For those that weren’t aware, every season, the NHL Commisioner makes a New Stanley Cup. I think at one point they ran out of room for names and the final straw was someone in 2000’+ season, dropped the original Cup and dented it in. So now, they create a new cup every season and change the name plates.

The entire Florida Panthers team are kind, giving, thoughtful, sharing people like the best of what I saw of them/hockey players long ago that made me love them. McBust refused the Conn Smythe, obviously hates fans, and this is bigger than just a Cup win this is the people's team celebrating with the people, each other, and their families. Well done lads from a fan of 28 years.

What's worse is he didn't deserve it. Bobrovsky did. Heck, Rodriguez had more goals than him in the series. If you give the Conn Smyth to the best figure skater absolutely Conner McDavid gets it Other than that he was shut down . Games 6 and 7 anybody see him do ANYTHING?
