Leonidas led the 300 Spartans to Thermopylae pass, but Thermopylae is still technically in Grecian territory. It was Xerxes that was leading the Persians into Greece, so it would've been more correct to say something rhyming with "lead into grease/greece, Xerxes". But I don't even care, what he said was still FIYA and we understood what he meant

They criticized Twork for the “lead into greece/grease” bar saying Leonidas didn’t lead 300 into Greece, when in actuality yes he did. Not sure about the movie, but in greek mythology the battle of Thermopylae took place in Central Greece. The bar was accurate and extremely fire.

What can we say now about Verb, cause he was Diffffffferent against Mook....This "Mook" we hold soooo high, God-like image, yet he bled, and was inconsistent, unGod-like, reaching, talking through his rounds, being physical, shouting....Idk.... @Troy Adams I think he was saying that the phrase "led in the grease" is supposed to play on "led into Greece" as a double entendre, which is a slight reach if Leonidas didn't lead anyone into Greece (even though he did lead the people of Greece). But I agree, I think it works and gets the point across in this instance.

Norman Creek very true but in this case it is more of a homophone because even if say both words naturally they still sound the same and makes sense and fits easily. A reach will be a lot more noticeable like more of a stretch. You don’t really have to stretch the words to make it sound the same they naturally do, but I can see how you can call it a reach.

It's sad that Mickey's rap career never really took off. I remember hearing him on "The Leak Vol. 2" for the first time and thinking he could end up being the GOAT if he kept it up. As a songwriter, he's exceptional, and he's got a solid ear for beats. That combo isn't as common as you'd think it is.

i would love to see NJT vs a motivated Pat Stay. Only because their styles are so different and Pat has a way of taking aggressive battlers out of their comfort zone with his humor. NJT has an amazing pen game and his performance but Pats humor and personal attacks with crowd control would be really entertaining to see them clash.
