I suggest you explain to the people the difficulties with the free SHS program and how to address them going forward. There's always problems with new programmes especially where monies are involved, ignoring the issues raised by the beneficiary and people isn't the best way to go. Your government's social interventions are good but needs polishing up even if parents are to support their wards with uniforms and footwear it will help
