Is buying a condo in Panama City Beach a good idea in 2023🤔??? The market has experienced a substantial shift since late 2022. With substantial increases in mortgage rates, association expenses on the upswing, and new condo regulations coming out, the difficulty level to finding a cash flowing, vacation rental investment has increased.
In this video, I discuss the steps that every buyer should be taking before purchasing a condo in 2023. I do discuss some specific nuances of the Panama City Beach, but these principles can be applied universally to most condo purchases.

We are looking to purchase our first condo investment property. What are your thoughts on Gulf Highlands. We like that it is more budget friendly for young families on vacations. We like that it is pet friendly and many are walk up without an elevator. Is GH financially stable . Great video

Gulf Highlands definitely carries less exposure compared to high rises directly on the beach. Specifically in the Master Insurance department. It’s a good conservative approach and should have some decent rentals, especially if the unit is updated.

Appreciate the nod on the info provided. I agree the production in this video is not great, working to improve each video. You only have to be 18 to own property in Florida. I wish I would have started investing earlier. On my first condo purchase, I partnered with family. It’s not for everyone but worked out great for us!
