What happens if you Prost treat it and you just leave the sodium hypochlorite on the concrete

Question on post treat does it have to be done right after i wash or can i come back in the next day or so and do it

Do you rinse after you post treat or does that defeat the purpose of the longer term effects of mildew control? If not, are their customer dangers of letting high % SH sit on a hot concrete and getting stronger before a natural rain or something?
