In testimony before the House select committee investigating January 6, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger explains why former President Trump lost the state's 16 electoral votes in the 2020 election. #january6 #CNN #News
The most frightening thing about all this is: millions of people still support the man. He sounds like a rambling, madman. This country has a big problem.
To me that means they are okay with people's lives being threatened especially children if they would have threatened my child, well I think we all know
I will NEVER understand why millions of people that still support trump, who is a "KNOWN lifetime pathologically liar"? Did any of them ever actually delve into trump's past history over the last 40 years? trump's own daughter, Ivanka, has said "My father often has trouble dealing with reality and likes to make up things" and "My father believes strongly in revenge, if he feels betrayed his revenge is tenfold and last a lifetime".

Mr Raffensperger you did your country proud by keeping your cool and not caving in to what must have been enormous pressure from this egomaniacal lunatic! This is a sad footnote in our history, and a president who drove people to insurrection where people died cannot be allowed to walk away from this, he has to face justice!
Since that day, Raffensberger has been very vocal that Georgia needed new voting laws to ensure secure Elections. He did the right thing one day in November 2020, but since then, he's been a simp for trump
The most alarming part of this mess was watching GOP reps and leaders fold a few days later. The GOP no longer exists. It's Dems, Indies, 3rd party candidates, and fascists.
Just listening to Trump talk makes any sane person wonder how anyone in the slightest bit of in their right mind's could listen to and take seriously anything Donald Trump says is more detached from reality than Trump himself is.
Agree. I want "45" to have a fair trial on all charges, then I expect he will be convicted; and, if so, he should face the maximum penalty. Jailed pending any/all appeals.
As an African who extremely understand & have experienced rigging of elections my whole 29 years life, when I first heard about allegations of the USA rigging elections I laughed. The world would come to a standstill if that happened 😅 However if you understand the nature & mentality of "successful" business people, this shouldn't surprise you. They'll do anything to win or salvage a costly outcome that might lead to them losing.
How pathetic he’s pressuring an election official to lie in exchange for praise. Disgusting behaviour and he’s got away all his life behaving like this

If there isn't integrity then the system falls apart. The mere fact that Trump replaced the US postmaster with his man to slow the mail is enough to indict him for election meddling itself. Makes me ask why the Dems didn't go after him as well.

@Donald Thorpe You might want to learn how to spell the word cast, first of all. And I totally respect someone's vote, no matter who they voted for. I'm neither Democrat nor Republican, I try to vote for the person who's most qualified for the office they're running for and that seems to have the best ideas. What I don't respect is someone who, if he genuinely loved this country, would have accepted the results of the election in 2020 and conceded, as Al Gore did in 2000. You may remember Al Gore? If there's anyone who would have had ample reason to run around the country screaming he got cheated, it was him. There's a right way and a wrong way to accept an election loss, and for the first time in American history, we saw the wrong way.
