How many have been arrested? What is the CM of Manipur doing? Why wasn't he able to stop the violence? Shouldn't he resign if he is not capable of running his state ?

From what I can make out in the news and social media is that the Maitae community is the aggressor and are spreading a lot of fake news on Social Media against the Kuki community. I hope the army and police treat the aggressors in a lawful manner and provide protection to the victims.

Why is India Today only showing one side of the story. Torbung is meitei village and not kuki. It was first started here . Torch by kuki after their peace rally. The scene you see in churachandpur are where kuki torching meitei houses. So where are the meitei refugees shown here. Now only in Imphal East 12000 meitei are in relief camp. And another 20000 in moirang, bishnupur and Imphal West. And why are you not reporting the kuki millitant shooting civilian at their houses. Still they are present in torbung. 3 days back 7 civilian meitei went back to torbung to get their rice grains , where kuki millitant start shooting few run away but 2 of them meitei were abducted and their location are unknown now. Don't spread false news. Show how many meitei have lost life and how many relief camp for meitei are set up. Why do the army needed to airlift meitei from moreh when the road is there. The 53 % meitei you are saying are from 2012 census. Now meitei have reduced in no. The meitei who are in relief camp are farmer and small shop owner whose livelihood are all burned down. The kuki from Imphal are mostly rich people who caught the latest flight to other states and own lands in both valley and hills. Now they are returning to their hill houses so they are happy. Most of the kuki living in Imphal are rich and have govt. Jobs. So their livelihood can be set up again. Don't be a bias news reporter mainly when my state is burning and not showing the truth to the situation. I am posted in relief camp now, children are crying man and women all numb, some have mental illness and PTSD. The child in the camps all their books are burned down, they are demanding their books back. At least kuki houses in Imphal are intact as there are tight security but in outer Imphal where the kuki border meitei villages are all burned down. The meitei refugees in relief camp are illiterate they don't even know why their villages are burn and livestock killed and they dnt even know what is ST also. If the tribal were so against the meitei being ST why don't they use their constitutional rights and fight in court instead of killing innocent people. Who are going to give us justice.
