If you’re gonna be a battler who primarily punches with name flips you BETTER be watching battles. Otherwise you lose battles you potentially could have won.

Sometimes what I hate about Battle Rap? They completely forget about Metaphors Well maybe not with guns or violence. But they completely forget, they can also use their opponent as a template FOR a metaphor And Day’s 3rd is attacking the ILL WILL in REAL NIGGAS. By using Ill Will as the canvas. To kick some real shit And somehow with a room of 3 battlers and an avid battle analyzer. That’s fucking sad that all went OVER HEAD

I had Day taking this 2-1 with Will edging the 3rd Though Day's 3rd was far superior, it was a world message vs battling Will, so Will edged that round. u can tell which parts Day REALLY fux with, the K I scheme was nasty as well as the 3rd Will spit. But I notice how writers who are lesser than Daylyt try to downplay what he says. U can even see Roc tryna downplay Day then he stops himself cuz he started catching wtf Daylyt was REALLY DOING

@Jasmine Raeya I have nog insight into Avo his personal life and am therefore not in a position to definitively state anything about the people he chooses to be around apart from battle rap. However, I can say is that the picture painted by you in now way corresponds with the person he has shown me to be over these last couple of years. I find it quite short sighted and frankly blatantly obnoxious to state the things you do about somebodies personal life and character, without knowing for certain.
Same thing happened when Day was vs Roc. After the battle he didn’t even realize some of the connections and it dawned on him soon as Day said the lines again😂 I think Roc is too focused on the 1 2 meaning. And not the 3 4 5 meaning. Which the latter is how Daylyt tends to write, 2 simple entendres to get and 3 deep entendres lol So the listener isn’t lost in where the rhyme is going

That's what I admire about Daylyt. This dude has packed punches within every single bar; very slippery and sly, but they all hit when he lands a stinger or a real punch. His wordplay, unique delivery, and variety are pretty much unmatched.
