That would require a different level of proof to show a breach of trust as a public official. You charge what you can prove. E.g. A social worker comes to your house to discuss benefits. While there, she steals a lottery ticket that later turns out to be a winner. She gets charged for the theft, not breach of trust.

There is a 1010 warning on the loan application to get a mortgage. Read it ! 10 years imprisonment and 10,000 fine . That is why it is called the 1010 warning and by signing it you are stating that you are giving the truth on the loan application. She knew she was lying on a federal form. That in by itself should give her 10 years in prison. I know this to be the law with certainty.
BUT FOR Hills position as Commissioner, she would not have known about the lady. She should be charged not as a regular citizen, but as a Commissioner.

I find it pathetic and disgraceful that it takes over a year to make an arrest on a case that shoukd of taken weeks but the Givernment doesn't care and allow criminals out as long as possible to continue with thier crimes and this even includes murder which can take years to a decade just as the law inforcements pace!!!
