This mother won't have to worry about being homeless again. Sue for 500-750k and lawyer fees. The issue is that the cop will have qualified immunity, and taxpayers will settle the bill.

With the lawsuit they can buy that house outright now. That guy needs his certification yanked. He is an acorn cop. A danger to anyone and everyone around him.
Wouldn’t be a bad idea to force them to change by everybody moving out of Georgia completely and never driving in that state again and only moving back when these ridiculous tickets and litigations have gone away permanently from the state.
Where is the equality in the Law??? If everyday Joe were to do the same thing, they would be arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon. But not an irresponsible cop. They have been given the right to do whatever they want, period. You can call it a mistake, but it was clear, the cop did not reach for anything but his gun. All we have anymore are violent and trigger happy cops.
