Well I've done it now! It was brought to my attention that in my first basic prep and construction video for the Stacked Envelope Junk Journal for my Recycled Book Page Challenge Series I neglected to black out my address on all my recycled enveloped. Rookie move! So....I've deleted that video and made a new one. But I do think this one is better anyway so it was another happy accident in a long line.
You'll definitely want to watch this video first. The nice thing is I've learned a few things now that I have a few under my belt and so this video is perfect for anyone wanting to try a journal in this format. This tutorial can apply to this series as well as translate to any theme or style. I'll include the link to this entire series as well as other videos I may have mentioned in this video. Enjoy!

While I've been working on this journal and learning lots of new things, I'm also trying to learn Adobe Illustrator, Cricut and how to share printables with my subscribers. Hopefully, I will get this all mastered by the end of this project and have some helpful things available. UPDATE:
One of the first things I did after building the base of this journal was to design my own decorative papers in a mix media style using paints, stencils, stamps, metallic pens and a little slow stitching. All the bright color and pattern made this journey happy, bright and such a joy every day. I wanted to share the love so I've created a digital download file that you'll find in my Etsy Shop. There are two files: one with the 20 unique pieces of artwork I created and used in this project and the other file containing 11 more bonus pages with all the journal cards, tickets and tags as well as some other ephemera.
